“I founded Incolour to offer filmmakers the support I needed when I was starting out: somewhere to bring a story, ask questions, make mistakes and learn. I want people to feel heard and comfortable coming to me for advice or development notes, even after our work on a production is finished. When someone else is better placed to help, I’ll look for a way to connect them.”
